Short description of the works Residential block of apartments includes three identical buildings that are located in Giunone Lucina street in Santa Severa Rome (Italy), it was constructed close to the beach in the middle of the last century. During its life no interventions were made, the finishes of the external facades were in bad conditions, the color appeared inhomogeneous. The works included a total review of external finishes, with a new plaster where necessary, complete shaving and painting with white color.
