Short description of the works Residential block of apartments is located in Bernini, Annovazzi e Cellini streets in Civitavecchia near Rome (Italy), it was constructed in the middle of the last century. During its life no interventions were made, the finishes of the external facades, balcony fronts and panels were in bad conditions. The works included a total review of external finishes, with a new plaster where necessary, complete shaving and painting with original colors of the building, a reconstruction of the balcony fronts and replacement of all panels.
