Short description of the works Building is located in Catalana and Portico d’Ottavia streets in historical center of Rome (Italy), it was constructed in the beginning of the last century, it has historical restrictions. During its life no interventions were made, the finishes of the external facades were in bad conditions with a global unpleasant appearance. The works included a total review of external finishes, with a new plaster where necessary, complete shaving and painting with the original color of the building. The natural stones at the base of the building were complete cleaned in order to preserve original nature. Careful interventions have allowed the recovery of all the architectural friezes. The kind of renovation is conservative.
